Hola foristas, algunos de vosotros sois grandes admiradores de Grand Seiko, pero realmente somos pocos los poseedores de uno de estos relojes.
Os voy a contar mi experiencia. Compre mi Grand Seiko hace menos de dos años y el otro dia vi unas imperfecciones en la esfera.
Contacte con Seiko y lo mandé a la central de alemania (vivo en alemania actualmente) para que ellos lo mandaran a japon a reparar.
El reloj viene de vuelta con la esfera sin cambiar, segun ellos esta "en tolerancia".

Dear Mr. Sorribes,
with regard to your email we are sorry, but we did not receive any contact from you after returning your watch to your address.
Concerning your claim please let me explain that I have once again followed up the situation and found that during servicing process
we have been informed by our watchmakers in Tokyo, that they could not find any defect or wrong positioning
of both of the logos (Seiko & GS), and also discoloration could not be detected.
Actually the condition of the dial is within our standard, and also comparison with new dials among the service parts stock
showed same finish and appearance. Therefore there was no necessity to replace the dial with a new one.
We regret to inform you that due to the points mentioned above there is no reason for changing the dial under free of charge condition.
Even though not necessary we did a replacement of battery and gaskets under free of charge conditions in this case.
We hope for your acceptance and understanding of this explanations.

La verdad es que los fallos se ven facilmente sin lupa y cuando uno se pone el reloj no puede evitar irsele los ojos al fallo.
Así que ojito cuando compreis vuestros seikos, no sea que esten "en tolerancia"
